Finance is the art of passing money from hand to hand until it finally disappears.Robert W. Sarnoff
Blogging in the middle of a recession is tough, if not impossible. Why? Nobody wants to hear about financial stress. Nobody needs the reminder that times are tough and there are other people struggling too. That’s why I just can’t bring myself to type anything, and I mean anything, too often anymore. My husband owns his own business and the very fabric of that business depends on the public’s ability to spend money, which just isn’t happening too often lately. I’m not asking for sympathy, we’re still feeding the family. We have heat and power. However, when tough economical times hit, it’s very difficult to get my head into anything else.
I’m so looking forward to writing about hickeys and poop. Speaking of poop, my husband decided that our house was missing something. He decided that what he wanted was a beagle. So, a quick search on the net and I just happened to find beagle pups, no show dogs, just regular old beagle pups. So now, in addition to the toddler who refuses to use the potty we now have new poop problems. In the form of piles. She is a cute addition though.
