A good life is a series of joyful meetings and joyful moments.
I attended my very first conference at The Blog Workshop over the past weekend. It was a phenomenal experience. I knew there were plenty of things I still needed to learn. Blogging has changed greatly since I started over seven years ago. It was so exciting to connect with other bloggers and learn at the same time. What was even better? I didn’t have to leave my easy chair. It was all online.
A little aside here though, the kids treated it just like they do when I’m on the phone, in the bathroom, running late or right at the tail end of a movie I can’t pause. You get me right? (Note to self; tell them I’m leaving for three hours and sneak back in the house.)
You can read about all the particulars here. I want to thank all the sponsors and presenters for taking the time to make that conference jam-packed with really important information. And thanks also to DaVinci (and Dante) for making it possible, you rock!!
I encourage everyone to check out The Blog Workshop. Not only do they host a yearly conference, but they also have monthly workshops and if you want a little more in depth education, a full University starting this fall. The first workshop, “Surviving SEO” with Dan Morris is on June 26st from 8-9pm EST. Sign up now!! You won’t regret it.
